Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the unique nature of natural crystals, each piece may vary slightly in color, texture, size, or pattern. Natural inclusions such as internal cracks, minor transport marks, or small surface imperfections are inherent to the material and do not constitute quality issues.

 

Return and Exchange Limitations

1. Crystal jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange under normal circumstances.

2. Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved or carved designs), as well as “Final Sale” or “Last Chance” items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a confirmed major defect.

3. For hygiene and safety reasons, all earring products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.

 

Eligible for After-Sale Claims

1. Major quality defects may qualify for after-sale service, including:

The main part of the item is broken by more than 50%.

Incorrect item received (different from order).

Missing essential components (e.g., missing gemstone from pendant).

2. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at [swshopifyyuniverseshop@outlook.com] or through our official after-sale page.
Include clear photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.

3. If a return is approved due to a quality issue, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after confirmation.

 

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt.
If you find severe damage caused during shipping (such as the item being completely broken), please keep all original packaging and contact us within 24 hours with clear photos showing the damage.

Failure to provide photo evidence and original packaging will result in the claim being rejected, and the return or exchange request will not be processed.

 

Conditions Not Considered Quality Issues

1. Natural features of crystals, such as internal cracks, inclusions, bubbles, or mineral textures.

2. Minor marks or abrasions caused by transportation.

3. Slight variations in size, weight, or length of bracelets/necklaces.

4. Minor color differences due to monitor settings, lighting, or production batch.

5. Natural asymmetry in shape or cutting facets.

6. Variations in polish, surface texture, or gloss.

7. Subtle mineral scent from new stones (not chemical contamination).

8. Minor differences in elasticity or texture of stringing materials.

9. Slight imperfections in packaging or complimentary gift items.
